It's this time of the year again where thousands of pilgrims pass Delhi. They have visited Hindu pilgrimage places in Uttarakhand to fetch holy waters of Ganges River, which is later offered at their local Shiva temples. Tents have been installed temporarily along the road where the pilgrims can rest, wash, eat and sleep.
